Reviews and Ratings
My stay was quite a mixed bag. The hotel had some great features, like a clean and modern room and remarkable service from the staff. However, I did encounter some annoying road noise and a rather uncomfortable atmosphere due to disturbances from other guests. It could definitely use a bit more warmth in the ambiance, but overall, it was a decent place to rest my head.
The hotel was conveniently located near a busy street, making it easy to access the main road. The rooms were spacious and had all the comforts I needed after a long drive, though I did notice some noise from the traffic until the evening. The service was incredibly helpful with access to my room, particularly outside of reception hours, which made my stay more pleasant. However, I found parking to be an issue as it was primarily for permit holders only.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were nice and clean, providing just the essentials, although a bit on the smaller side. The service was outstanding; the owner was incredibly accommodating and attentive to my needs. The location was fantastic — very close to the city center, making it easy to explore. Unfortunately, the dining experience was a little lacking, especially on the last morning when some basics were missing. Overall, it was a good value for the price.
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay, given the price I paid. The rooms were a nice surprise, clean and cozy, and I enjoyed the continental breakfast which had a good selection. However, the traffic noise at night was a bit bothersome. I appreciated the convenience of the late check-in and the clear instructions provided, making the overall experience smooth.
I had a pretty mixed experience at this hotel. The location was quite convenient with easy access to central Preston and the train station, which I appreciated. The service was responsive and helpful, but I found the room cleanliness lacking and the brightness disruptive to my sleep. Dining options were just adequate, but overall, it was value for money considering its prime spot.
